noise disturbances

No lift access for those with mobility issues!!! Cramped family suites and minimal bathroom shelf space can be frustrating!!! Noise disturbances from adjoining rooms could be disruptive too!!!

The breakfasts were fantastic, and I particularly loved the cooked options along with freshly made soda bread. The kids had plenty of choices, and Carol, the hostess, made us feel right at home. The location near the sea was also a treat!

For dads, it would be great if the family room was a bit bigger.

during our stay in larne, seaview house exceeded my expectations! the staff were super accommodating, making sure the kids could play safely around the lovely garden. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and our room was clean and comfy.

Seaview House Bed And Breakfast was a delightful place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, equipped with tea and coffee making facilities, and the walk-in shower had great pressure. Breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh options. The staff were super accommodating, even letting us check in early after a long journey.

welcoming staff

It was just a great fit for a short layover in Larne with good value for the money. The staff were welcoming and made it easy for our group of 9 to feel at home. Be mindful of the steep stairs if you have heavy luggage.
